As Parliament Adjourns Sine Die, Congress Lists ‘5 Major Achievements’ of Monsoon Session| CapitalTV

The Monsoon Session of Parliament concluded on Thursday with an adjournment sine die. Amid continuous criticism from the Bharatiya Janata Party regarding frequent disruptions and adjournments, the opposition Congress party held a press conference to highlight what it termed as five major achievements during the parliamentary proceedings. The Congress leadership sought to counter the ruling party's narrative by emphasizing their active participation and constructive role on key national issues throughout the session. The conclusion of the session marks the end of a contentious period in Parliament characterized by heated debates and frequent standoffs between the treasury benches and the opposition. Both sides have since been assessing their respective political gains and losses from the high-profile legislative sitting in the national capital.
