Top party leadership, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, are closely involved in finalizing these key appointments. Observers suggest this mega reshuffle is aimed at strengthening the party's grassroots machinery and preparing organizational structures for upcoming electoral challenges across various states, balancing regional representation and ideological commitment within the leadership framework.
