The recruitment drive generated massive nationwide interest, attracting more than 5,300 applications from candidates across different states. Following a rigorous screening process, authorities shortlisted 18 highly qualified individuals to appear for the final interview round. During these interactions, applicants faced unconventional and deeply personal inquiries concerning their daily lifestyle habits, including dietary preferences such as meat consumption, alcohol intake, and traditional religious practices like wearing the sacred thread. The Trust aims to appoint a dedicated and spiritually aligned administrator to manage the temple's daily operations efficiently, ensuring that the chosen official meets both the professional management criteria and the traditional ethos expected at the prominent religious institution.

Out of over 5,300 applications received from across the country, 18 qualified candidates have been shortlisted for interviews. On the first day, 10 individuals were interviewed, questioning them about their faith, experience in administrative positions, and vision.
