An First Information Report has been officially registered against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the Hastings Police Station. The legal action stems from allegations that she violated a specific directive issued by the High Court during a political rally organized by the Trinamool Congress Chhatra Parishad. Law enforcement authorities initiated the formal complaint following concerns over non-compliance with judicial orders during the student wing event. Further investigations are currently underway to determine the precise circumstances surrounding the alleged breach of protocol and court guidelines during the public gathering in the state.

An FIR has been filed against former West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at Hastings Police Station. It is alleged that the TMC Chhatra Parishad's Foundation Day rally, held on Cathedral Road in Kolkata on Friday, August 28th, violated a Calcutta High Court order. According to the complaint, the court had only granted permission for the rally to be held on one section of the road, but activists also blocked the other section, blocking traffic.
