Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the Intelligence Bureau's National Security Strategies conference, outlining a comprehensive roadmap for India's internal security leading up to the year 2047. During his address, Shah emphasized the critical need for absolute border security and the complete elimination of illegal infiltration. Highlighting his extensive outreach, the Home Minister shared that he has personally visited all border-stretching states across the country over the past eight months to assess ground realities, evaluate security preparedness, and coordinate with local security apparatuses. The discussions at the high-level conference focused on strengthening intelligence-sharing mechanisms, enhancing technological surveillance along international borders, and formulating proactive strategies to counter emerging cross-border security challenges and safeguard the nation's sovereignty.

Speaking at the Intelligence Bureau's National Security Strategies (NSS) conference, Home Minister Amit Shah stated that he has visited all border states over the past eight months. He remarked on Tuesday that the country is not a *dharamshala* (open inn); only citizens have the right to reside here. He added that infiltrators pose a threat to national security, the economy, and demographic balance, and that the goal is to rid the country of these infiltrators.
